Register With The Practice?

Please call into the surgery and our receptionist will help you to fill in the appropriate forms. You may register with the doctor of your choice. We will expect you to attend for a new patient check with one of our practice nurses within three months of registration.

New Patients

All new patients over the age of five are encouraged to attend the surgery for an introductory healthcheck. This helps us to get to know you, to fill in any gaps in your medical records and to give you a basic healthcheck. This is done by your doctor or by the practice nurse.
